Steam Chocolate Butter Cheese Cake

蒸牛油巧克力芝士蛋糕

今年生日原本想为自己做个蛋糕,哪知突然来了场大伤风 @@
病了几天但还不忘上网找/看美味可口的食谱:P
终于有点精神,赶紧开工 ^__^

材料:(还好病倒前已买好了)
底层/Base:
牛油 180克 Butter 180g
糖粉 100克 (可自己改变甜度) Icing Sugar 100g (Depends on your sweetness)
鸡蛋 3粒 (我只放2粒) Eggs 3pcs (I only used 2pcs)
鲜奶 50毫升 (可加多或少,以个人口味) Fresh milk 50ml (Can add more or less)
自发面粉 120克 Self raising flour 120g
可可粉 20克 Cocoa powder 20g

上层/Top:
Cream Cheese 250克 (我用270克,因这次买了Tatura牌附送20克) I used 270g because Tatura brand free 20g
糖粉 50克 (可自己改变甜度) Icing sugar 50g
鸡蛋 1粒 Egg 1pcs





先把8寸模型擦油铺纸 Place baking paper on 8inch mould

将牛油切丁或隔水煮溶,加上糖粉搅拌至均匀
Cut butter into cue size or melt it with double boil, add in icing sugar and beat till mix

加入鸡蛋,一粒一粒加拌匀 Add egg one by one, beat till mixture is fluffy

先加入1/3面粉、可可粉(一起筛入)拌搅后再加入1/3鲜奶搅拌,持续着步骤到粉和鲜奶放完为止
Sift in 1/3 flour, cocoa powder beat til mix and add in 1/3 milk mix well, continues this step till all flour and milk pour in

将拌好的面糊倒入已预备好的模型,轻轻在桌上敲打以便排气,待用
Pour the mixture in pre-prepare mould, softly hit the mould on the table

将cream cheese和糖粉搅拌至花纹 Beat cream cheese and icing sugar till sugar is dissolved

加入鸡蛋拌搅均匀就可 Add in egg beat till fluffy

将cheese糊倒入之前的面糊上,轻轻敲打。包上铝箔纸(以防水蒸汽),中小火蒸1小时
Pour cheese mixture into the mould, softly hit on table. Cover it with aluminum foil(to avoid steam water),
steam for an hour with middle low heat

蒸好了!!!脱模脱纸,待凉后冷藏3-4小时(我放隔夜)就可享用了 ^^
*记得要把纸脱掉,要不然就想我的蛋糕边边有邹文 :(*
Done!! Remove out from the mould and remove baking paper, 
place it cold first and keep in fridge for 3-4 hours or overnight
