Baked Cheese Cake

焗烤芝士蛋糕

For cheese lover, you definitely like have a bite of full cheese cream cake!!

Easy and simply! 

Just follow step by step, a wonderful cake will be just right in front of you.

Shall we start???



Ingredients/材料:
Cream Cheese 奶油芝士 500g
Icing Sugar 糖分 160g
Cornflour 玉蜀黍粉 25g
Egg 鸡蛋 4-7 (depands on size)
Whipping Cream 鲜奶油 100ml
Biscuits 饼干 5-7pieces
Butter 牛油 50g metled 融化
*ingredients can replace by other brand*





Method/做法:


A. Base 低层
1. Crunch the biscuits. 把饼干弄碎
2. Mix bisciuts with butter 把牛油和饼干混合
3. Press mixed into the base of a 20cm cake mould 把饼碎压入模里




B. Filling 馅料
4. Place cheess and icing sugar in the mixing bowl, beat until creamy 
    把芝士和糖分放入搅拌器打至幼滑
5. Add in egg (1 by 1), beat until stiff with high speed 加入鸡蛋(1粒接1粒)用高速打至湿性发泡
6. Add in cornflour and whipping cream, beat until combined 加入玉蜀黍粉及鲜奶油打至均匀

C. Pour into prepared base 倒入模型



D. Reheat the oven for 10mins, place in the mould and bake for 45mins to 1hour with 150-160c by using steam bath (put the
mould on top a baking tray with water)
    先把烤炉预烤10分钟,将烤模放入烤盘中(烤盘内倒入适量清水),以摄氏150-160度隔水烘焙45分钟至1小时

E. Every 15mins open the oven cover for best result. 每15分钟打开烤箱一下以散发热气,就能考出膨胀漂亮的芝士蛋糕


F. You can eat will it warm or chill it overnight! 以你喜欢可热吃或冷藏后吃!
