Passion Fruits Mousse

百香果慕斯圈

During hot weather, you want something cold and creamy.. 

Mousse might one of the dessert can satisfy you~~


Ingredients 材料

Base 底层
125g Digestive biscuits 消化饼干 125克
60g Butter 牛油 60克

Mousse 慕斯
125g Cream cheese 忌廉芝士 125克
50g Caster sugar 幼糖 50克
2tbsp Passion fruit juice (fresh) 百香果汁 2汤匙(新鲜)
250ml UHT Whipping cream UHT鲜奶油 250毫升
1tbsp Gelatine 鱼胶粉 1汤匙

8 Paper cups or cake rings 纸杯或圈模 8个
*ingredient can replace by other brand*


Method 做法

A. Base 底层


-Crunch the biscuits 将饼干压碎
-Butter melted by double boiling 牛油隔水融化
-Mix biscuits with butter 将牛油和饼干混合
-Press mixed into paper cup 将饼碎压入纸膜里
-Chill the cup in refrigerator 将纸膜放入冰箱冷待

B. Mousse 慕斯
1tbsp gelatine dissolved in 30ml water melted by double boiling
鱼胶粉1汤匙 溶于30毫升清水,隔水炖溶
Beat cream cheese, sugar and passion fruit juice until smooth and creamy
将忌廉芝士,糖及百香果汁放入搅拌器打至幼滑及浓稠

Another mixed bowl, place in whipping cream and whisk until stiff by high speed 
鲜奶油放入另一个搅拌器以高速搅至结实

Add in passion fruits and gelatine, fold in whipped cream and mix till combined 
加入百香果及鱼胶粉,拌入拌好的鲜奶油,搅拌均匀

Spoon mixed onto set paper cup, chill until set 
倒入预先备好的纸膜,冷藏至结实
