Vanilla Panna Cotta

Ingredients 材料
Base 底层
160ml fresh milk 鲜牛奶 160毫升
40g caster sugar 幼糖 40克
2tsps gelatine 鱼胶粉 2茶匙
1tsp vanilla essence 瓦尼拉香精 1茶匙
300ml UHT whipping cream 鲜奶油 300毫升
Topping 上层
180ml rebina 利宾纳 180毫升
10g caster sugar 幼糖 10克
1tsp gelatine 鱼胶粉 1茶匙
1tbsp lemon juice 柠檬汁 1汤匙
4glasses 玻璃杯 4个
Method 做法
A. Base 底层
- Place milk and sugar in a saucepan. Sprinkle gelatine into milk mixture and stand for 5mins. 将鲜奶及幼糖放入小锅,撒入鱼胶粉置放5分钟
- Place saucepan over low heat and stir until gelatine and sugar have dissolved. 开小火煮至鱼胶粉及幼糖溶解
- Add in vanilla essence leave it cool. 加入香精,待凉
- Place cream in a mixing bowl and whisk until stir 将鲜奶油放入搅拌器搅至结实
- Strain in cooled milk mixed, mix until combined 过滤鲜牛奶,拌入搅匀
- Pour mixture into glasses and chill until set 舀入玻璃杯里至2/3满,冷藏至结实
B. Topping 上层
- Place rebina, sugar,gelatine and lemon juice in a small pot and boil. Cool slight 将利宾纳,幼糖,鱼胶粉及柠檬汁放入小锅煮滚熄火,待凉
- Pour in topping on top the chill milk mixture, set in refrigerator 倒入上层,继续冷藏至结实
Just taste like ice cream 吃起来像雪糕 ^^
